GENERAL TERMS

➠ As the original artist, i reserve the rights to each artwork.➠ Unless previously discussed, I can use the sketch or finished artwork to upload it to my social networks, portfolio or I can use it as an example of artwork.➠ If you want to commission me you HAVE to do it via Google form [The button to commission is in the main part of my carrd] You must fill out the entire form with the required and clear information to be able to contact you correctly. This is for the purpose of avoiding scams from bot accounts and to have a backup of exactly what you have asked for in the commission (this is an exception for some commissions such as Ych's).➠ If I don't feel comfortable with uploading the commission to my social networks or I want to delete it from my social networks or portfolio I am free to do it.➠ You always have to give me the credit if you use the commissioned artwork for your profile picture or banner in your social medias (Except on discord, I know that sometimes modifying the "about me" on discord is annoying so it's not so necessary to give me credits if it's for your pfp or discord banner.)➠ Don't take the initiative to have a conversation with me if it's not about the commission, most of the time I'm working or doing something else, so if I don't talk to you about other topics on my own initiative try not to distract me too much, not to be unfriendly, I'm just trying to stay professional.➠ The commissions are done in the order they have been requested, this information is ordered and explicitly published in my web page attached at the top of the page. However, if I require more information for the commission or the commissioner's response for changes or payment and the commissioner does not respond, I will proceed with the next commission until the commissioner responds.➠ If you want me to reserve a slot for you on my commission list make sure you have the money required at the time of payment, it is annoying to reserve slots only to have to reopen the slot because it has been cancelled.

As the commissioner you can:

➠ Use commissioned works for personal purposes, for your profile, for your toyhouse gallery, if you want to print it, make stickers, make it into a keychain, make it into a puzzle, whatever you want as long as you don't commercialize it or put it for sale.➠ If you sell your character with all its artwork you can't sell to the person my part of the artwork at a higher price than you bought it from me, however you are free to sell it.➠ If you are one of those who have an account to upload the commissions you have bought you are free to upload the art you have commissioned from me as long as you give me credit by tagging my profile or putting the link to the original post made by me.
(Feel free to put my @ to tag me, it is not necessary to use a "/" or something to not tag me directly).➠ Ask me for a .png version or a variation of the drawing unless it takes much effort.

What you can't do or is considered copyright infrigement:

➠ You can't use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes (Like selling prints, keychains, pins, etc) Unless we have discussed it beforehand.➠ You can't remove the watermark/Signature i did (If you need to move the watermark to use the art as a .png or something you can do it by yourself or you can talk to me to fix that)➠ You can't copy/Trace the artwork i did.➠ You can't claim my artwork as your own.➠ You can't modify it with any AI to upload it, try not to do it anyway, even if you won't upload it later.➠ Art/designs can not be used in blockchain related technologies, including non fungible tokens (NFTs) if you break this t.o.s it will be a breach of contract and considered copyright infringement➠ You can't break any of these rules and then say you didn't read them or didn't have the chance, by commissioning me you access the same page that gives you this information in a totally legible handwriting, don't try to pretend you didn't know :)

If you break any of these rules you will be blacklisted from my commissions and I will have every right to make the situation public on my networks and permanently on this site.

Payment

➠ For the payment you can use Paypal, Ko-Fi, Cuentarut(Chile).
(In exceptions you can pay me with Steam games with a price close to the commission, but i can decline the offer if i don't want it)➠ The payment must be made once the sketch is finished, this to ensure that I can achieve the expected drawing and that the person is happy with the artwork I made. Sometimes for very simple commissions or special situations payment will be required before starting the drawing.➠ Once payment is made it cannot be refunded except for very specific situations or very small exceptions.➠ Under no circumstances will I provide a refund once the work is fully completed.➠ I may not accept your commission if i dont want to.➠ In the case of fraudulent scam or chargeback, the client will be automatically blacklisted.➠ Commercial purposes: 20% more price.➠ You have a term of up to 5 days after the sketch has been finished to deliver the payment, it is a totally acceptable term so if you refuse to pay me or simply do not respond at the time of payment I will probably use the pose that has been commissioned to me as a ych to sell and I will cancel your commission.

What will you get?

➽ You will get the full artwork in .png➽ In case it is a flatcolor I will send you a version with bloom and post processing effects and the original flatcolor version.➽ You will get a transparent .png version with the outline.➽ You will get a transparent .png version without the outline.➽ In the case of a digital painting I will not be able to separate it to turn it into a transparent png.➽ You can ask for the .sai or the .psd file of the drawing (I may refuse to give it to you for some reasons, however you can always ask and there is a possibility that I will give it to you).
